I had the pleasure of creating the visual identity for Van Live Sessions, a YouTube series that showcases emerging musicians within a 1980s Volkswagen Vanagon Westfalia van named "Valery". This project was a collaboration between Alejandro Toro, Christian Guzman, and myself. Alejandro served as the main videographer, while Christian handled all the photography.

As the art director, my primary responsibility was to ensure that the visual identity was consistent across all mediums, including photography and videography, while still conveying a playful and welcoming tone. I opted for a playful style featuring diverse characters, with graphics that reflect the 70s era to create a warm and inviting atmosphere that aligns with the project's mood.

This approach allowed for a dynamic brand that could be easily merchandised, with illustrations at the core of the brand identity, providing a unique feel that sets it apart from other similar projects. The brand's overall goal is to promote up-and-coming musicians, reflecting a positive and lighthearted spirit that appeals to a broad audience.
